Pastor Lance Lowell is the lead pastor at Neighborhood Church in Modesto CA. He joined the teaching team at Harvest School of Ministry in 2019 and has served in full time ministry for 30 years. Pastor Lance is passionate about helping people understand the Word of God and apply it to their lives.
